About RSSS
RSSS aims to enhance the quality of public commentary, encourage the input from more talented people to contribute in commentary writing, and diligently widen the discussion space of social issues and cultural affairs in Hong Kong.
Through encouraging young people to compose commentaries, we can groom young people to gain stronger grasps on current issues, release the social momentum.
RSSS established in February, 2007, members included cultural researchers, educational scholars, social workers, and the critics. We have gathered senior commentators as well as new bloods with potentials, whereby they have chances to share ideas and learn from each other.
Our objectives are:
1. To unite young people who share a common interest in writing commentary
2. To enhance the overall quality of commentary
3. To groom a new generation of civic participants

RSSS以提高公共評論質素、鼓勵年青人議論時政為宗旨，鼓勵有才華的年青人加入評論行列，並努力為香港擴闊社會時事及文化的空間。我們希望透過鼓勵撰寫評論文章，推動年青人更關注社會事務、釋放社會潛在的動力。
RSSS於2007年2月成立，由從事文化研究、教育的學者、社會工作者、文化推廣工作者、評論家等共同組成。我們集合了資深的評論員以及具潛質的新晉寫作人，給予機會讓大家互相學習，互相切磋。
我們的宗旨是：
1. 團結一群志同道合的年青評論人
2. 提高評論文章質素
3. 培養新一代的公民參與者
